I would be interested in finding out what companies are doing with their scenario planning through their monthly IBP process. Or are you following a formal mini-IBP process in light of the Fuel crisis?
Are you waiting for the 5 formal meetings to develop updated forward plans or do you have a weekly process to update your demand and supply plans feeding new proposals to the executive on a more regular basis.
The formal, monthly process is very important but in today's volatile environment a mini-IBP process may be vital to continuously replan the future.
