    ASCI is pleased to welcome Jean Stuart to the Board of Directors. Jean brings extensive experience in supply chain leadership across complex operational environments, together with a strong commitment to professional development, community engagement, and advancing diversity and leadership within the operations and supply chain profession.

    Jean Stuart is a supply chain professional with more than 20 years of experience shaping and leading complex supply chain and logistics systems across Australia’s resources, mining, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

    Her career has encompassed the design, optimisation, and leadership of end-to-end supply chain systems, with expertise in international trade, integrated planning and multi-modal logistics supporting both bulk and containerised supply chains. She brings a systems-level perspective to aligning supply chain strategy, planning, and execution to improve organisational performance, resilience, and commercial outcomes.

    Throughout her career, Jean has led planning and transformation initiatives that have strengthened operational capability, enhanced supply chain performance and supported strategic decision-making. She is passionate about advancing the supply chain profession through collaboration, capability development, and continuous improvement, and is honoured to serve on the ASCI Board to support the Institute’s mission of strengthening supply chain capability and professionalism across Australasia.

    Jean holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Business, and a Master of Business Administration (International Business) and has undertaken a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management. She is also a Registered Practitioner (Operations Management) under the ASCI Professional Accreditation Scheme.
